What is Reformer Pilates?

What is STOTT?
STOTT Pilates is a contemporary approach to the original Pilates method. It focuses on safe, effective exercises based on modern principles of anatomy and movement. This method helps improve posture, build balanced strength and prevent injuries, making it suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced clients.
Do I need prior experience?
No, we offer classes for all levels, including beginners. Our instructors will guide you through each session.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for full range of motion. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.
How do I book a class?
You can book classes online through our website or mobile app. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for class cancellations to avoid a late fee.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is public parking spots available in our street.
How many people are in a class?
Our classes are intentionally kept small with a maximum of 8 participants, to ensure plenty of personal attention and guidance from our instructors.
What if I’m running late?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts. Once the class has started, entry is no longer permitted.
Do you offer memberships or class packs?
Yes! We offer both flexible class packs and memberships with exclusive perks. You can explore the options on our Packages page.
Do you offer private sessions?
Yes, we offer one-on-one personal training sessions for a fully customized experience.
Can I do Reformer Pilates if I have an injury?
It's best to consult with your physician first. Inform our instructors about any injuries so they can modify exercises as needed.
Can I do Reformer Pilates during pregnancy or postnatal?
Absolutely. We offer special MOM (TO BE) classes designed specifically for expectant and new mothers. These sessions focus on safe, modified exercises to support your body during and after pregnancy.
How often should I attend classes to see results?
For the best results, we recommend attending 2–3 classes per week. Consistency is key for building strength, balance and flexibility.
